This chapter deals with vehicles 4-6, the so-called three “outer tantras": kriyā, upāya, and yoga tantra. Each of these various vehicles is treated under four main topics: (1) view, (2) meditation, (3) practice, and (4) result. The discussion of these vehicles ends with Rogben’s refutation of each.
