In this essay Badrinath weighs against the mindless coining of phrases such as ‘Religious fundamentalism’ and ‘Judicial activism’. In perceiving things wrongly in the first place, Badrinath believes such coinages create a false problem from which comes misdirection of the mind, resulting in various degrees in a wrong understanding of the real problem.
