This chapter reviews recent work on the non-zero-temperature metal-insulator transition, which occurs in a system of weakly interacting electrons in the presence of a disorder potential strong enough to localize all the single-particle states. It shows that for the short-range weakly interacting electrons, the many-body localization transition is well-defined to all orders of perturbation theory.
