This chapter discusses pruritus in haematological disorders. Compared to solid tumours, pruritus is considered to be a common symptom in patients with haematological disorders, including Hodgkin's lymphoma and Sezary's syndrome. Polythaemia vera, aquagenic pruritus, and their respective treatments are introduced, while in the next section the authors examine lymphoproliferative disorders. A discussion on iron deficiency and screening and monitoring for malignancy conclude the chapter.
