This chapter provides human service practitioners with information related to service delivery systems and their legislative underpinnings, so that they can be more prepared to provide case management and referrals to older adults affected by HIV and AIDS. It outlines commonly available services as well as the roles that social work can play in these organizations. It discusses the ways in which such services can enhance quality of life and be culturally relevant.
