This chapter presents oral history interviews with two American nuns who were involved in pastoral work: Sister Marie Gilligan and Sister Kathy Quigley, who live in a brick house just behind St. Helen's Catholic Church in Amory, Mississippi. The narratives capture the women's experiences over the past fifty years, beginning in the 1960s.
