Related Repertories: VerBC 761, BarcOC 5, and VatSP B80

While destined for other institutions, all three of these choirbooks were probably copied in Rome. VerBC 761 was copied ca. 1495 or shortly thereafter, probably for the cathedral school of Verona. Part I of BarcOC 5 dates from the late 1490s; Part II was probably copied shortly after 1500 in Girona or Barcelona. VatSP B80 was prepared for the choir of St. Peter’s; it is a book of the 1470s, with a handful of additions in the 1490s.
