Marc A. Rodwin is Professor of Law at Suffolk University Law School. He has been a visiting researcher at Tokyo University Law School and the French national research agency (Centre National de Recherche Scientifique) at l’Institut de l’Ouest: Droit et Europe. He was visiting professor at the University of Rennes Law School and previously was Associate Professor at the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs–Bloomington.
Rodwin is the author of Medicine, Money and Morals: Physicians’ Conflicts of Interest (Oxford, 1993) and numerous articles on health law, policy, and ethics, heath care consumer issues, regulatory issues, and medical malpractice. He has received grants from the German Marshall Fund, the Fulbright Fellowship, the Abe Fellowship of the Social Science Research Council, and a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Investigator Award. He holds a Ph.D. from Brandeis University, a J.D. from the University of Virginia Law School, a B.A. and an M.A. from Oxford University, and a B.A. from Brown University. (p. 376 )
