Abstract

The book presents a coherent doctrinal construction of the EC Treaty provisions on free movement of capital in a third-country context with a focus on direct investment. The respective regime applicable to intra-Community capital movement serves as a point of reference and a benchmark and, thus, is also part of a substantial review.
