Lines
This chapter characterizes the ordering properties of the rational and real lines and to prove within ZU the existence of sets which satisfy these characterizations. The question of how points on these lines can be added or multiplied, and how they can be used to measure quantities, is set on one side to be dealt with in the following chapter.
