The results from the previous three chapters are further illustrated in this chapter by the use of numerical simulations. Bending magnet, wiggler, and undulator output properties are explained, and the impact of electron beam emittance and finite acceptance angles is shown. Finally, several remarks are made on the comparison between these theoretical results and experimental observations.
