John R. Hinnells

Oxford University Press

This chapter examines the history of Zoroastrians in Canada and the US. The Zoroastrian populations in these two countries are more diverse than in other Parsis settlements and the influence of American Zoroastrianism had grown significantly at the beginning of the new millennium. This chapter highlights the most active and notable Zoroastrian associations in these two countries, that often consist of a mix of nationalities including Iranian, Indians, Canadians, Americans, and East African.
