Not only is this a serious loss of your child's education, but the absences are a violation of Berkeley County School District attendance policy and the South Carolina Schools Compulsory Attendance Law.

As required by law, Berkeley County School District must develop an Attendance Intervention Plan for your child. It is very important for you to participate in the development of the Plan.
