Abstract

Understanding innovation processes is an inherently multidisciplinary research task. Innovations occur within particular domains such as engineering. Innovation processes must respect the boundaries of human cognitive abilities. Practical innovations must take into account consumer needs and factors that affect consumer acceptance of those ideas.
