This chapter explores the overall level of support for the ICTY among its constituencies. Based on the results of surveys conducted at five research sites spread across the former Yugoslavia (Belgrade, Priština, Sarajevo, Vukovar, and Zagreb), it analyzes respondents' views about the appropriate decision-makers for the war crimes cases and explores the reasoning behind their choices. It provides an in-depth analysis of respondents' thoughts about the ICTY, its fairness, and the factors associated with their evaluations of the ICTY's fairness.
