This book contains more than fifty narratives about the mistakes that entrepreneurs have undergone regarding leadership, finance, partnership, stakeholders, and the company itself, and how they have been able to recover from these mistakes. Also, the book incorporates research done at the Kauffman Foundation about frameworks and growth management.
