A “Full Engagement” Approach to Intervention
This is the first of three chapters on intervention methods. It gives an overview of the ‘full engagement’ approach that operates simultaneously at the strategic, operational, and relational levels. This approach addresses not only rational dimensions, but also the non-rational, ‘sociodynamic’ aspects of relations. It is complex and long at best, but necessary for system transformations of the type analyzed in this book.
