Epilogue: The Future of Retirement Systems in the Americas
This chapter presents lessons that can be learnt from pension reform in the Americas. Among these are that precision in speaking and thinking about social security is essential but too often ignored, and that reforming retirement systems takes patience and, in fact, the process is never over. Suggestions to make retirement systems more resilient are also presented.
