Personal Issues
All the stories told in the book possess a personal aspect, and this chapter attempts to look into the emotional experiences of an entrepreneur, particularly in situations when these entrepreneurs can feel that their businesses are already on the edge. This chapter explains how entrepreneurs are able to cope with or adjust to these types of pressures and emotional disturbances like discouragement and failure and how they are able to recover from such experiences. It has been observed that as entrepreneurs learn from these on-the-edge experiences, they also develop in terms of their character and personal growth as well since they now know how to differentiate between good and bad situations and set priorities, identify strengths and weaknesses, develop contingency plans, and other such measures that can be practiced not just in business but in life in general.
