Abstract: This chapter addresses various objections to the proposed position. The aim is to take up those objections —and, more broadly, issues —that help to further illuminate the overall position (or, in some cases, openly acknowledge where further work needs to be done). Given that some of the objections are closely related, there is some overlap among some of the replies.
