This chapter presents Bas van Fraassen's responses to the critique of his works. He mentions the ways he has changed his mind in the years since The Scientific Image. He highlights two themes as especially important. The first is the role of values in epistemology. The second is the turn in the empiricist tradition, which leaves many ‘central’ problems of traditional epistemology behind. Keywords:Bas van Fraassen,
