Oxford Scholarship Online requires a subscription or purchase to access the full text of books within the service. Public users can however freely search the site and view the abstracts and keywords for each book and chapter.
To access the full text of books within Oxford Scholarship Online please enter your username and password (Athens users please see below), and then press the Log in button.

Members of participating Athens institutions with a subscription to Oxford Scholarship Online can use the Athens service on and off campus with their personal Athens username and password. Please go to Athens Login or use your MyAthens link. Oxford Scholarship Online is an Athens single sign-on (SSO) resource.

Login via your home institution
You may be able to gain access using your login credentials for your institution. Contact your library if you do not have a username and password. Oxford Scholarship Online currently only supports this method of authentication for institutions that are members of the UK Access Management Federation for Education and Research. If you would like your institution to participate, please contact your librarian.
